This magnificent property is located near the picturesque coastal town of Portocristo in the east of Mallorca. One enters the finca via a spacious reception. From the living room, a room currently used as an office leads to the dining room with seating for 12 people and direct access to the fully equipped kitchen.  

The outdoor area is dominated by a magnificent infinity pool with its own children’s area and large covered porche with barbecue, dishwasher and ample storage space. Water is supplied by the property’s own licensed well. The garden area is fully automatically irrigated and lit. The finca is connected to the public electricity grid.

Under the building there is an almost continuous dry crawl space up to two meters height, which is used for storage as well as for household appliances.   

In a few minutes you can reach the picturesque Portocristo with its beautiful natural harbour and the famous dragon caves. Here you will find numerous restaurants, bars and bistros with excellent local and international cuisine. In addition to numerous smaller shops, well-stocked supermarkets of the Hipercentro and Eroski brands are available for your daily shopping needs. The traditional weekly market in Portocristo takes place every Sunday on the seafront promenade Passeig de la Sirena. Manacor, the centre of the island’s east and the second largest city on Mallorca, can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. Manacor offers a variety of shops and restaurants, a weekly market (Monday) and large, well-stocked branches of Aldi, LIDL, Müller Drogerie, Mercadona, Eroski and Hiper-Centro. The Rafa Nadal Academy and the Rafa Nadal International School of the Mallorcan tennis star of the same name are also located here.
