The water supply is provided by a well. The garden area is fully automatically irrigated and illuminated. The finca is connected to the public electricity grid. 

In a few minutes you can reach Manacor, the centre of the east of the island and the second largest town on Mallorca. Manacor offers a variety of shops and restaurants, a weekly market (Monday) and large, well-stocked branches of Aldi, LIDL, Müller Drogerie, Mercadona, Eroski and Hiper-Centro. The Rafa Nadal Academy and the Rafa Nadal International School of the Mallorcan tennis star of the same name are also located here, as well as a private 9-hole golf course.

Portocristo, with its beautiful natural harbour and famous dragon caves, is also just a few minutes away. Here you will find numerous restaurants, bars and bistros with excellent local and international cuisine. In addition to numerous smaller shops, there are well-stocked supermarkets of the Hipercentro and Eroski brands for your daily needs. The traditional weekly market in Portocristo takes place every Sunday on the promenade Passeig de la Sirena.
